SQL Server 7.0 runs on a variety of operating system platforms. The capabilities obviously change depending upon the operating system. The chart below outlines the various operating systems that support SQL 7.0. In addition, OS specific capabilities and limitations are noted where applicable.

Full Text Search Facilities.
Windows NT 4.0 Server EnterpriseRuns as a ServiceSupports memory configurations greater than 2 GB.
